always give you an exact price --- in writing, and get your approval before starting any
work.
Old parts removed from your machine are always yours to
keep. A few exceptions for items such as computer boards or transmissions carry a "core charge" from the supplier.
On these items, you may still keep the part if you wish, but the additional core charge will added to your bill.
Our servicers proudly offers a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! Look --- if for some
reason, you are not completely satisfied with your technician or our service, and we can't remedy the situation to
your satisfaction, you don't pay! The technician will simply remove the new parts, and then thank you for giving
us the opportunity to serve you. We are much more interested in having you as a customer in the years to come rather than
leave you with a bad impression of our service!
Each new part
installed is warranted for 1 full year of normal household use! Technicians use factory fresh parts on all repairs
unless you have chosen otherwise. If any new part installed in your appliance fails during your warranty period, simply give
us a call! The defective part will be replaced quickly, and at no charge to you!
When you book an appointment with us, we send a licensed expert
technician to your home. He will give you a complete written estimate that includes all parts and labor required.
Your technician is often able to provide you with life expectancy, preventative measures, and periodic maintenance tips which
may help you decide whether or not to proceed with a repair.
If
you have your technician complete any repair, all service call charges are waived! You only pay the flat rate
price quoted! Technicians never add any diagnosis fees, hourly rates, or travel charges.
If you decide not to have your appliance repaired, you pay only a low service call* for the trip
to your home, and the written estimate! How's that for a fair deal?
